We aim to have all goods complete and ready within 4-6 weeks from point of order (cleared funds) to point of dispatch. During busier times of the year (such as either side of Christmas), your order may take up to 8 weeks. If you would like more details as to the timing of your order, please contact us.

The delivery prices listed on our website are for England and Wales only. For deliveries elsewhere, please contact us for a quote.

All items are sent by courier, using a next day delivery service. Please check your goods upon receipt, before signing or allowing the driver to leave.

Please note that whilst every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct at time of publication, the hand made nature of our products means that they may not be exactly as photographed. Descriptions and illustrations contained in our website, price lists and other advertising material are intended to present a general idea of the goods described therein. Any minor irregularities or variations serve to make each piece unique and individual. We will not accept returns on the basis of these discrepancies.

Personalised/made to order items may only be returned if they are found to be faulty. In this instance we would ask you to notify us within 7 days by telephone (01892 730957) or via the contact us page. Products should reach us within 14 days so that we may investigate and attempt to remedy the situation in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act and without affecting your statutory rights.
